Founded in 2020 by Gold Coast architect Joseph May, the practice was born from a desire to improve the traditional bespoke architecture experience. Having observed the pitfalls of fragmented delivery models — miscommunication, delays, and misaligned incentives — Joseph recognised an opportunity for a more seamless, client-focused approach. Our integrated model ensures clear accountability, strong value management, and exceptional design outcomes, delivering value back to our clients.

Joseph May brings over a decade of experience in architecture, working in leading architectural and project management roles on various residential and commercial projects throughout the Gold Coast, South-East Queensland, Northern New South Wales and beyond. With a Master of Architecture, dual registration as an Architect in QLD and NSW, and membership in the Australian Institute of Architects and various other institutions, Joseph offers a dynamic, project-focused perspective rarely seen at the highest levels of bespoke residential architecture.
